Your home maybe your single largest investment, you have given it much care and attention and it is now time to sell. The next decision is, how and more importantly who are you going to hire to represent you? Talk with your friends and neighbours, call agents, check out their web sites and do your home work but ultimately you need to sit down and interview your next prospective employee.

We feel given the opportunity to show you what we do compared to our colleagues you will clearly see that we do real estate differently than all the rest. Sure we will do the free market analysis of your property, we will put up a sign, even advertise it in the Real Estate Guide, put it on our web site but we also do a lot more. We believe that we have the most aggressive and unique marketing campaign available, we employ a professional marketing company, have a professional stager available and a whole host of experts at our finger tips to make sure your home gets noticed.

We will be there for each and every step of the process but we also want you to be aware that the process begins long before your home goes on the market. We want to be talking with you at least a month before the for sale sign goes up, even longer if possible. If you are thinking about selling we want to be talking and developing a strategy to get your home ready for sale. On average it take a minimum of two to four weeks to get a well maintained home ready for buyers to view, if you have neglected a few items it may take longer.
